Growing happily around the edge of Queen Square are some of the poppies, planted to commemorate the outbreak of WW1 in 1914.  The previous post gives the background to the planting of these poppies by our very own “Bath Guerilla Gardner.”

What a delightful & moving tribute, well done, & thank you, Terry. Let’s hope the Poppies bloom & bloom for many years to come. We must try to grow some in the Brunswick Garden in the Parade Gardens.
