Dear Members, It has been decided to hold our thirteenth AGM on Friday 27th June at 2.30 in the Mayor’s Parlour, Guildhall.
This will be followed by the first Inter Twinning Association Petanque Tournament at 6.30 – 8.30 in Queen Square. Anyone wishing to practice can come at 6 pm. It will be followed by a buffet & socialising in The Harington Club, Harington Place, just off Barton Street, round the corner from Queen Square. It is likely that the Mayor will present the trophy to the winners during the evening.
Anyone who has is interested in playing / or attending this event & has not yet given their name to me, please let me know as soon as possible, please. The entry fee is £7, cheques made payable to the City of Bath Petanque Club and sent to Hilary the secretary please.
